I printed my thesis at one of your shops (tolbiac). And it was quite expensive (830euros for 6 copies). But it was the only open shop I knew during the second week of august. I accepted the high price expecting a high quality. But that was NOT what I got. I got all my copies with a wrinkled plastic sheet at the back (because of the heat of the "reliure" I guess?). And my thesis that finishes with bibliography was showing it at the back . I think it would not have been a ruin and it but have been a nice move to put a white sheet of paper at the back of my thesis. You're fast and efficient. But extremely expensive for a not very detailed service.
un rapport qualité/prix défiant toute concurrence, et surtout un esprit de service, une volonté de satisfaire et d'être flexible que je n'avais pas vue depuis longtemps dans Paris et en France
